  • Parking info: 2 cars total -  one spot in the garage can accommodate a small/medium car/SUV & one spot in front of the garage for 2nd vehicle. Please note that our HOA is quite particular about this issue, and any additional or oversized vehicles will be asked to move.

  • Overflow parking is available at the Mountain Village Gondola Parking Garage (455 Mountain Village Blvd), behind The Village Market. This is free parking during the day, but it is about $30-$40 for a standard-sized vehicle. Rates can vary by season and event, and spaces are first-come, first-served.

  • Accessibility notes: This unit has four levels with stairs.

  • HOA rules (quiet hours, trash disposal, etc. Please be respectful.)

  • Pet-friendly? No -due to severe owner allergies, this is never an option.
